Tots Program Sports
The Tots Program will use various sports and activities to develop motor and psychological skills of young children. Each week will feature a different sport theme to engage children for that specific practice. These sports will include:

- Volleyball

The program will begin to teach very basic skills in each sport. At this age it is unrealistic to expect young children to grasp the complex techniques associated with learning a sport. Each "practice" will be packed with exciting games and activities. All activities will be designed keep the children active, moving, and most importantly having FUN!
