Track & Field
The Indoor Track Building is a 240,000 square-foot structure containing the nation’s first and only eight-lane, 300m, synthetic track and space for field events.

Both the indoor and outdoor facilities are designed to accommodate high volume competitions while providing a world class experience for both athlete and spectator. The field events venues have been laid out to allow competition of each of the events concurrently and safely. This also makes GaREAT an excellent choice for camps and clinics.
- The two full timing supported straight-aways allow for more time efficient meets, fewer preliminary heats, and allows for larger meets that will attract more prominent competition.
- The home stretch has ten lanes and the back stretch has eight lanes.

Indoor Track Features
- Eight lane 300m Beynon oval is designed to be fast and has two 150m straight-aways.
- Two full 150m straight-aways. Homestretch is 10-lanes and backstretch is 8-lanes.
- Two high jump pits, two long jump pits, two pole vault pits
- Portable weight cage, three throws platforms, 75' ceiling - capability of discus practice
- Outstanding spectator seating and unique viewing areas.
Outdoor Track Features
- Nine lane 400m oval - Beynon synthetic track surface is designed to be fast.
- Two full 150m straight-aways. Homestretch is 10-lanes and backstretch is 8-lanes.
- The stadium will be strategically located between the Field Courts Building and the Indoor Track Building, providing enclosed and climate controlled seating on the west stands.
- There are two of each field event venues, which will allow Men’s and Women’s field events to be competed at the same time.
- Two high jump pits, four long jump pits, two pole vault pits
- Two shot put circles, two discus cages, two hammer cages, two javelin throw areas
