Player Registration
The following forms are required to complete your registration. These forms must be returned by December 10, 2009.
Registration Office Hours
GVA Staff will be available December 7-10, 2009 from 3:00pm-9:00pm. Sample uniform sizes will be available to try on at registration. All forms must be returned with payment.
