Weather and Cancellation Policy
In case of inclement weather, information on daily cancellations can be found by calling our main phone line at 440-466-1002 and entering extension #9.
- Every effort will be made to inform participants of canceled programs due to weather and/or other circumstances.
- All contact with teams will be made with the team contact. It is their responsibility to inform each team member.
- We cannot guarantee that canceled events/programs will be rescheduled.
